The core process flow optimized for local soybeans:
Soybean soaking → grinding & separation → slurry cooking → filtration → batching & blending → homogenization → sterilization → filling → finished product inspection
We adjusted the grinding fineness, separation process and cooking parameters according to the protein and fiber characteristics of local Ethiopian soybeans, which not only improves the protein extraction rate, but also reduces the beany flavor and improves the taste of the finished product. The production line is also compatible with coconut milk compound protein beverages, supporting the client’s subsequent SKU expansion.
